Founded F. Garcia Wholesale & Export in Miami in 1974. Distinguished life long foodservice veteran working for national companies such as, Grand Union, Carnation, Beatrice Hunt-Wesson, and Conagra. Built one of the Southeast’s most trusted bulk ingredient supply chains over five decades, with established relationships across USA growers, national distributors, and Caribbean export markets.
Vitto F. Campuzano — Vice President & Co-Owner
20+ years in bulk commodity sourcing, foodservice distribution, and Caribbean/LATAM export operations. Certified in Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Logistics (Rutgers University). Manages sourcing relationships with USA farms and growers across the Southeast and Midwest, and leads sales to domestic foodservice distributors and international export buyers.
Gianni Campuzano — Treasurer, Head of Accounts Payable & Co-Owner
Manages the financial operations of F. Garcia, including accounts payable and fiscal oversight, ensuring the pricing integrity and fiscal discipline that allows the company to offer competitive wholesale rates to distributors and

20+ years managing F. Garcia’s warehouse operations in Medley, FL. Evel oversees all inbound and outbound logistics at our facility, ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment for every order — from local distributor pickups to export container loads.
How we source
All dry beans,rice, and corn are sourced from USA farms. Rice is sourced from the US rice belt — Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas,
Mississippi, and California. We work with the same growers across multiple seasons to ensure grade consistency and
reliable availability. Every shipment is USDA-graded. Export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and lot certification are available
for all international shipments. Our Miami location provides direct access to Caribbean and Latin American export
infrastructure.
